Products and prices

• We try to keep product details, photos and prices correct, but mistakes can happen. Photos may differ slightly from the real product (colour, packaging, model year).
• Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and can change without notice. Products marked "Ask for price" are priced on request.
• The final price, stock and delivery are confirmed by us on WhatsApp or phone before an order is accepted.

Ordering on WhatsApp

• The website does not take payments. Tapping "Order on WhatsApp" only opens a chat with a ready message; it is not an order yet.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it to you on WhatsApp or by phone, with the price and how the product reaches you.
• Payment method, advance payment and delivery charges are agreed in the chat before the order is confirmed.
• Combo prices and discounts apply only as shown for that combo; changing the machines in a combo can change the price.

Warranty and returns

Warranty and return rules are shown on our Warranty & Returns page and on the product's own information. Please ask us before buying if anything is unclear.

Using this website

• You may use this website to look at and order our products. Please do not copy our text, photos or design for other websites without permission.
• Brand names and logos belong to their owners.
• We are not responsible for problems caused by wrong use of a product; please follow the instructions we or the maker give.
